David N. Allen, Parker Poe attorney and Executive Vice President of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) is currently serving as Chairman of the Amicus Committee for the NCADA.  In the winter 2008 edition of The Defender, Mr. Allen discusses how one of the benefits of membership in the NCADA is access to the Association's Amicus program.
