(Columbia, S.C.)—Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP announced today that M. Todd Haynie III joined the Firm’s Banking & Finance practice as a partner in its Columbia office.

Todd Haynie focuses his transactional work in commercial lending, commercial real estate and corporate law. He has represented both major lending institutions and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including construction, permanent and revolving working capital loans. In addition, he assists clients in the restructuring of non-performing loans and advises commercial real estate clients on a range of acquisition and development issues. Mr. Haynie also provides general corporate advice to clients.

Mr. Haynie is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law (JD, magna cum laude, 1997), where he was the Associate Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Law Review, and Davidson College (BA, cum laude, 1994).
