Mr. Glaser focuses his practice in the areas of white collar criminal defense and internal investigations. He works with public and private corporations to understand the foundation of the charge, build an investigative strategy, conduct a full inspection and then provide conclusions and recommended actions. Mr. Glaser works on investigations involving grand juries, federal and state courts, regulatory agencies and auditors, congressional inquiries and civil disputes.
Mr. Glaser serves as the Chair of the firm’s Litigation practice.
