Nancy Olah Speaks to NC Chapter of ASLA

(Charlotte, NC)–Nancy L. Olah, Counsel in Parker Poe’s Charlotte office, presented to the Charlotte Metro Section of the North Carolina Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). In her presentation, Ms. Olah addressed legal issues surrounding key contract provisions and mechanics’ lien rights.

Ms. Olah has more than 30 years of real estate and transactional experience. She is a LEED® Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) from the Green Building Certification Institute. This accreditation is awarded to professionals demonstrating a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System.

Additionally, Ms. Olah serves on the board of directors of the U. S. Green Building Council North Carolina State Chapter. She's also an active member of CREW Charlotte, Inc., where she previously served as the organization's president.
