(Charlotte, NC) – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP received first place honors for its 2012 holiday card at the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Your Honor Awards. The card was placed in the promotional and collateral materials category and was recognized at the LMA Annual Conference in Las Vegas on April 8.

“The LMA Your Honor Awards program recognizes excellence in legal marketing by providing projects and programs that provide innovation and return on investment,” according to the association’s website.

The Firm’s holiday card took the reigns by defining two mandatory components. First, it included as many employees as possible from different departments of the Firm. The marketing team traveled to all of Parker Poe's five offices (Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Columbia, Spartanburg) to videotape attorneys and staff. Second, the team was determined to incorporate strategic intent into the messaging.

“We wanted to reaffirm the belief that we are not just a group of individuals, but instead a cohesive ensemble constantly evolving and defying expectations while working towards a common cause,” said Ben Gelnett, Business Development Manager for Parker Poe.
