Effective today, May 7, 2013, all employers must use the revised Form I-9 for all new hires and reverifications. The revision date of the new form is (Revision 03/08/13)N, which can be found at the lower left corner of the form. USCIS will no longer accept any previous versions of the Form I-9, and the new form can be accessed at: http://www.uscis.gov/I-9

All employers are required to complete and retain an I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form for each employee hired to work in the United States.
