(CHARLOTTE, N.C.) – Craig Lynch, a Partner in Parker Poe’s Charlotte office, will serve as the board of directors and executive committee president for the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Law Alumni Association. His term will begin January 1, 2014.
A member of the Firm’s board of directors, Mr. Lynch has 27 years of legal experience. He practices commercial real estate law, focusing on three principal types of clients: health care providers, national brand franchisees and foreign entities pursuing in-bound U.S. real estate opportunities.
In addition to his involvement with UNC, Mr. Lynch serves on the national board of directors of the Florida State University Alumni Association. He is also a member of the board of directors and executive committee of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, which honored him with the 2010 Hope Award, the highest honor they bestow.
Earlier this year, Mr. Lynch received the 2013 Citizen Lawyer Award from the North Carolina Bar Association for providing exemplary public service in his community. He has been recognized by North Carolina Super Lawyers and named among The Best Lawyers in America for his real estate practice.
Mr. Lynch received his Juris Doctor in 1986 from the University of North Carolina and his Bachelor of Science in 1981 from Florida State University.
