(COLUMBIA, SC) Professionals with the Business Incentives and Investment Group at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP are advising EuWe Eugen Wexler US Plastics Inc. to establish a new auto parts manufacturing plant in Anderson County, South Carolina.
The $11.1 million investment at the Alliance Industrial Park in Anderson will allow the company to produce plastic interior parts and is the first American production facility for German EuWe Group, a supplier to 10 of the world’s largest automakers. The facility is expected to create 49 new jobs. Hiring will begin in the second quarter of 2016 and full production is expected by 2017.
The company considered several locations through the US before selecting Alliance Industrial Park off Interstate 85 in Anderson. Parker Poe professionals are supporting EuWe Eugen Wexler to secure state and local business recruitment incentives, assist in site acquisition and navigate other corporate relocation issues.
