Charlotte, NC – Chip Ford, Partner in Parker Poe’s Charlotte office, recently spoke at the Trigild Lender Conference in San Diego, California. Chip was a panelist on the Bankruptcy Update session sponsored by Parker Poe. He presented updates on bankruptcy issues and how commercial real estate lenders, servicers and loan buyers may be affected.
