Parker Poe Attorneys to Speak at the Clean Energy CLE: Policy in the Southeast

Raleigh, NC – Parker Poe partners Henry Campen, Ashley Cooper and Katherine Ross, in addition to Special Counsel Grace Wung, will speak at the 2016 Clean Energy CLE: Policy in the Southeast on Wednesday, February 3rd. The 2016 Clean Energy CLE: Policy in the Southeast is hosted by the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association and Parker Poe is the Platinum Sponsor for the event. Henry Campen will deliver the opening remarks and serve as emcee during the program.

Henry Campen will serve as moderator for the session “Top 10 Legal Considerations – Federal Law.” Grace Wung will be a panelist along with Kim Duffley, Counsel with the North Carolina Utilities Commission, Lee Peterson with CohnReznick, and Malcolm Woolf with Advanced Energy Economy.

Katherine Ross will be a panelist on the “Top 10 Legal Considerations – North Carolina” session. The panel will be moderated by Sam Watson, General Counsel of the North Carolina Utilities Commission and additional panelists include Tim Dodge, Counsel of the North Carolina Public Staff, Brian Herndon, General Counsel of Strata Solar, and Charlotte Mitchell of the Law Office of Charlotte Mitchell.

Ashley Cooper will serve as moderator for the session “Top 10 Legal Considerations – South Carolina.” Panelists for this session include Alex Castle with Duke Energy, Thad Culley of Keyes, Fox & Weidman, LLP, Hamilton Davis from the South Carolina Coastal Conservation League, and Matt Gissendanner of SCANA.
