Russell Killen, Partner in Parker Poe’s Raleigh office, was a speaker at ULI’s 2016 Spring meeting in Philadelphia, PA on April 21, 2016. Russell was part of the session “Knightdale Station – Preston Development: From due diligence to sales,” which discussed what it takes today to purchase, envision, develop and successfully sell a master planned community.
