This 90 minute presentation will outline the steps in preparing for a negotiation, discuss factors to consider in picking a strategy, and demonstrate both how to use and how to counter some of the most common negotiation tactics. The presentation will end with an audience participation demonstration followed by a group critique of the approaches used by participants in the demonstration. A prize will be awarded to the best negotiator! You are guaranteed to take away at least one useable tip and be entertained in the process.
