Charlotte, NC – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP announces its recent move to Suite 1100 of 1221 Main Street, the newest office building in downtown Columbia at the corner of Main and Gervais Streets. The eleventh floor is approximately 18,000 square feet, and includes ample office space for its 18 attorneys with room to expand, several conference rooms and space shared with Parker Poe Consulting group. The firm is also celebrating its 20th year in the Columbia, South Carolina market.
Designed by Gensler and Associates, an integrated architecture, design and planning firm, the open space is custom-built with floor to ceiling glass exterior walls. The modern design includes marble and tile finishes with aspen wood insets throughout the reception area. The space also has access to an atrium meeting space and outdoor patio and balcony to take advantage of the view of the historic South Carolina Statehouse, which was built in 1855. The office is in the growing downtown area and within a short walk to the Vista area, which is Columbia’s vibrant restaurant and bar district.
