Charleston, SC – Robert ‘Bobby’ Byrd, Managing Partner of Parker Poe’s Charleston office, was recently elected to the Charleston Stage Company’s Board of Trustees. Mr. Byrd has been a supporter of the Charleston Stage Company as a member of the Directors Circle for a number of years.

Charleston Stage Company is the state’s largest resident professional theater and is housed in the historic Dock Street Theater. In addition to producing over 140 performances annually, Charleston Stage has made a major commitment to education through its many enriching programs that reach more than 20,000 young people annually throughout the Lowcountry and South Carolina.
