Greenville, SC – Parker Poe has announced a recent office move to 110 East Court Street, Suite 200. The newly built Erwin Penland office building, named EP360, is a 125,000 square-foot office building located in the heart of downtown Greenville, North of Broad District. The Greenville-based attorneys have room to expand in the new space. The firm is not only celebrating the new move, but also its first year in the Greenville, SC market.
Less than 11 months since opening the Greenville office, the firm has grown its attorneys and professional staff there by 600%.
EP360 has six stories of Class-A office space and is topped with a 3,000 SF rooftop garden and event space. It is also Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) silver certified. The building takes on a mix of modern and traditional design, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls as well as brick structures that maintain the character of the surrounding neighborhood’s architecture.
Parker Poe’s office space was designed by Gensler and Associates and has an open atrium, outdoor workspace and multiple videoconference centers. EP360 gets its name from the 360-degree view of downtown Greenville. The office building is located in close proximity to some of Greenville’s best local eateries, as well as Falls Park on the Reedy in the historic West End district.
