Catharine Arrowood chaired a panel on gender equality in the legal industry that was planned by the Women in the Profession Committee of the N.C. Bar Association. She was joined by two leading experts on that topic: Katharine Bartlett, former dean of Duke Law School, and Pat Gillette, former partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
