When reviewing contracts, everyone knows to check for indemnities, confidentiality and termination. But service providers have embedded more subtle tricks and traps in their form documents. After reviewing hundreds of commercial contracts, Will Cannon has learned how to spot them. The goal of his presentation to the Research Triangle Area Chapter of the ACC was to share that experience so that others can be on the lookout for those hidden risks.
