Charleston, S.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Bobby Byrd was selected by his peers as one of the top attorneys for business litigation in the Charleston area. The voting was part of the process in determining Charleston Business Magazine’s 2017 Legal Elite of the Lowcountry.

Bobby Byrd is the managing partner of Parker Poe’s Charleston office. He has more than 31 years of experience representing national and community banks, commercial finance companies, and other lending institutions. He also handles real estate litigation and other types of commercial litigation. He is admitted to all state and federal courts in South Carolina, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Outside of work, Bobby is very involved in the local community. He currently serves as president of the Charleston Stage Company's board of trustees. He also serves on the Charleston Habitat for Humanity's board of directors and can usually be found at a Habitat construction site on weekends.
