Hector Ibarra gave the keynote address at the 2017 International Forum for German and Spanish in the Professions: “German Companies in the Americas Hiring and Maintaining a Qualified Workforce - Old and New Challenges." Hector gave the audience at Clemson University insight into establishing businesses south of the U.S. border, particularly in Mexico. He also described the importance of understanding cultural differences.
