At the 2017 TerraLex Global Meeting, Raleigh partner Catharine Arrowood was part of a panel discussing two questions: Will the Trump administration be an active or passive enforcer of antitrust laws? And if it's the latter, will state antitrust enforcers step forward to fill the void? Catharine is a former assistant attorney general of North Carolina. She is on TerraLex's board of directors and co-chairs its International Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
