Raleigh partner Catharine Arrowood was the keynote speaker at the Charlotte International Arbitration Society's 2017 fall program. Catharine discussed the basics of international treaty arbitration and compared that to international commercial arbitration. The high-level program was for companies of all sizes in the Carolinas interested or engaged in business with foreign entities or governments, as well as those with operations overseas.
