Raleigh partner Melanie Dubis wrote an op-ed in The News & Observer about the intersection of public health challenges in the South: HIV infections and the opioid epidemic. Melanie chairs the board of directors for the Alliance of AIDS Services – Carolina. She described how her organization helps combat HIV and AIDS, providing services with a focus on compassionate, non-judgmental support.
Melanie also helps promote the Alliance through the Parker Poe People campaign, which showcases Parker Poe attorneys and the difference they make in their communities.
