BTI’s Client Service A-Team is the gold standard used by law firms and corporate counsel to measure client service. The report relies entirely on interviews with general counsel, chief legal officers, and other legal decision-makers at organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. For the 2018 edition, BTI conducted 350 in-depth telephone interviews with leaders across 15 industries between February and October of 2017.
