LaToya Parker, a partner in Parker Poe’s Charlotte office, brings a problem-solving approach to her real estate practice. She has extensive experience representing companies and individuals on the full spectrum of commercial real estate projects, including office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, hotel, and planned community projects.

Driven by her faith, LaToya believes deeply in giving back to the Charlotte community. She is passionate about youth mentorship and building cross-cultural connections. She has been recognized as an emerging Charlotte leader through organizations such as the Community Building Initiative and the Arts & Science Council’s Cultural Leadership Training Program.
