Parker Poe hosted the Carolinas Business Litigation Year in Review, where Robert Jordan, Jamie Lesnett, and Eric Frick provided a comprehensive review of significant cases impacting businesses in North Carolina and South Carolina. They discussed discovery and settlement issues as well as substantive legal developments in noncompete contracts, trade secrets, class actions, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
