Krista McGuire is an experienced litigator who defends a broad range of claims. Her clients include officers and directors of for-profit and nonprofit corporations, insurance and real estate professionals, and homeowners’ associations. Krista also has extensive experience defending claims of wrongful death and serious personal injury and representing employers in defense of employment related claims.

Krista is passionate about helping children and families. She currently serves as secretary of the Lonon Foundation’s board of directors. The Lonon Foundation helps children whose parents have been diagnosed with cancer find comfort and healing in their shared experiences. Krista is also a founding member of Lowcountry Warrior Moms, a South Carolina nonprofit that provides support and care packages on Mother’s Day to mothers with children in critical care at MUSC.
