The Times and Democrat highlighted Sam Moses for his role in helping an Italian company open its first U.S. manufacturing facility. 

Valagro, a leading company in the production and marketing of biostimulants and specialty nutrients, is opening a plant in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. The company is investing $14 million and creating approximately 50 jobs.
