Charlotte, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Kristen Bateman Leis has been awarded 2018 Sales and Service Executive of the Year. Kristen, Parker Poe’s chief marketing and business development officer, received the award in Chicago today from the Legal Sales and Service Organization (LSSO).
Kristen won the award after spearheading Parker Poe’s TeamUP initiative, in which the firm partnered with clients to learn process improvement and project management skills geared specifically for the legal profession. The firm welcomed a large group of clients and other legal services professionals last summer for an intensive two-day course called a Yellow Belt Certification in Legal Lean Sigma® and Project Management. The TeamUP initiative was the third installment of an annual program Kristen has curated referred to as the Parker Poe Path. In 2017, Kristen’s marketing and business development team was a finalist for the “Sales & Service Team of the Year Award” presented by LSSO for its second installment in The Path, Parker Poe’s Mini-MBA program.
