Shalanna Pirtle was featured in a Pride Magazine article entitled "Tips From the Pros: Creating Workplace Diversity." Pride is Charlotte's leading African-American business and lifestyle magazine. 

Shalanna, who chairs Parker Poe's Diversity & Inclusion Committee, described how the input and perspective of people from different backgrounds strengthens a business. She offered detailed tips for how business owners can be intentional about increasing diversity and inclusion in their workplaces.
