Ashley Edwards has successfully represented creditors in all aspects of commercial debt collection and loss mitigation, including litigation, loan restructuring, bankruptcy, receivership, and post-judgment execution. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, national, regional, and community banks, nontraditional lenders, and finance companies.

Ashley cares deeply about using her skills as a lawyer to give back to the community and represent those who might not otherwise have a voice. She has spent nearly 600 hours providing pro bono representation to abused and neglected children through North Carolina’s Guardian ad Litem appellate program. She was recently recognized as one of The Mecklenburg Times’ “50 Most Influential Women.”
