Amy Allen Hinson was named Legal Elite for intellectual property. Amy is a registered U.S. patent attorney who counsels clients on developing broad protections for their intellectual property both nationally and internationally. She serves as a strategic business partner to clients in a variety of industries and represents them in obtaining and enforcing intellectual property rights, as well as defending against threats of intellectual property infringement.
Tyler Smith was named Legal Elite for banking and finance. Tyler has served various financial institutions in the Southeast and borrowers in relation to conventional loans, letters of credit, and taxable and tax-advantaged financings, including bond issues and deals eligible for other beneficial tax treatment. He has substantial experience in the field of new markets tax credits, as well as in interest rate swaps and other derivative transactions.
Tim St. Clair was named Legal Elite for intellectual property. Tim is a registered patent attorney who focuses exclusively on the protection, commercialization, and litigation of intellectual property. He represents clients nationally and internationally in preparing and pursuing patents and trademark registrations. He also has considerable experience in patent and trademark litigation in U.S. federal courts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
