Jane Lewis-Raymond presented a continuing legal education (CLE) session at Bank of America in Charlotte.

The session provided an introduction to ethics for in-house counsel, reviewing internal policies and procedures as well as sampling ethical scenarios in order that attorneys may be aided in identifying and addressing unethical behavior by internal clients. The presentation guided in-house attorneys through how to address any concerns they have using the Rules of Professional Conduct, the policies of the bank, and other pertinent materials.  

Jane Lewis-Raymond is the former general counsel at Piedmont Natural Gas, and she provided her firsthand experience with this topic.
