Katherine Ross provides counsel on the acquisition, financing, and permitting of renewable energy facilities across the Southeast. She has helped wind, solar, and biomass companies develop portfolios ranging in size from five megawatts to hundreds of megawatts. She also helps clients navigate changing regulations and resolve disputes.

Katherine serves on the board of directors for StepUp Ministry, which takes a holistic approach to giving people a hand up rather than a handout. StepUp Ministry is a leading source of employment and life skills training in Wake County. Katherine and her family have volunteered with the organization for years.
