Tom Hildebrand has more than 30 years of experience handling complex litigation matters related to the construction industry. Tom’s primary clients are national and regional developers, homebuilders, and commercial/industrial construction companies for whom he provides pre-construction, construction, and post-construction problem-solving advice.

Tom’s extensive construction law experience underpins his community service. As a past director on the Charleston board of the Citadel Alumni Association, he assisted his alma mater with the development of the Holliday Alumni Center and the Army Corps of Engineers buildings. He has also served on the board of the Charleston Big Brothers Big Sisters program and regularly donates his time and financial resources to help needy families and the elderly where he lives in Mount Pleasant.
