Rebecca Joyner helps local governments take an idea and make it a reality. A signature example is how she assisted the City of Durham in its financing of the Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC). She has also represented local governments on a variety of other well-known capital projects across the state.

Rebecca is passionate about using her skills as a lawyer to give back. She is on the board of directors of CASA, a nonprofit that provides and manages affordable housing for underserved, disabled, and homeless veterans and individuals. She is also a co-founder of N.C.
