BTI’s Client Service A-Team is the gold standard used by law firms and corporate counsel to measure client service. The report relies entirely on interviews with general counsel, chief legal officers, and other legal decision-makers at organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. For the 2019 edition, BTI conducted more than 350 in-depth telephone interviews with leaders across 17 industries between January and December of 2018.
