Scott Manning presented to the North Carolina chapter of a leading commercial real estate institute, CCIM, on the Opportunity Zone program. Congress created the program as part of its sweeping tax reform package two Decembers ago.

Scott provided an introduction to the program and explained how it can help developers raise funds for new or refurbished projects in the Opportunity Zones, which are economically distressed areas in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and five American territories.
