Sidney Evering was a panelist in a roundtable discussion hosted by the South Carolina Bar's Diversity Committee and its Young Lawyers Division. He discussed practical strategies for identifying and mitigating the effects of implicit biases, as well as how those steps can ultimately create a more inclusive, effective, and profitable enterprise.
