Bobby Byrd has more than three decades of litigation experience in the financial services industry. He primarily represents national and community banks, commercial finance companies, special servicers and other lending institutions in connection with non-performing loans, in addition to representing lenders in other types of litigation as well. He also handles a broad range of other types of real estate-related litigation.

Outside of the law, Bobby currently serves as the president of the board of trustees of Charleston Stage Company. It is the largest professional theater company in South Carolina and recently celebrated its 40th anniversary. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for Charleston Habitat for Humanity and can be found at a Habitat construction site most Saturday mornings.
