Michael Larsen chaired a panel discussion at the National Association of Bond Lawyers' conference called The Institute. It is one of the leading national conferences on the municipal bond market and was formerly known as the Tax and Securities Law Institute. 

Michael chaired the panel discussion on advanced tax reissuance topics. His panel broke down the consequences of the termination of LIBOR, considerations relating to “Cinderella bonds,” and recent guidance from the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.
