Scott Bayzle helps companies find practical solutions to complex business disputes. He understands what business leaders deal with on a daily basis and works with them to find legal solutions that meet their needs. His experience includes serving as outside counsel on corporate issues and defending companies in complex and class action litigation.

Outside of the law, Scott is passionate about building community and creativity in downtown Raleigh. He has served on the board of directors for the Contemporary Art Museum (CAM) of Raleigh since 2014. Scott continues Parker Poe’s long tradition of helping CAM Raleigh to attract creative talent and serve as a catalyst for innovation in downtown.
