Parker Poe attorneys and consultants recently helped Marbach America expand its operations in Indiana. Marbach America is a subsidiary of Marbach Group, which is headquartered in Germany and has 18 manufacturing sites and more than 1,500 employees worldwide. Marbach is investing $4 million and creating 30 jobs at a new facility in Michigan City, Indiana. Parker Poe attorneys and consultants were pleased to assist the company with site selection, incentives, real estate, and other expansion matters.
