Sam Moses was quoted in fDi Magazine on the lessons learned in the economic development world after Amazon's cancellation of a New York headquarters. Sam discussed the importance of all the players in a site selection deal being careful about what they can promise. 

“This can happen in the initial discussions between a company and local officials because the site-selection process is so competitive, and because many communities only see a certain number of projects each year,” Sam said. He leads Parker Poe’s Economic Development Team and co-chairs its Manufacturing & Distribution Team.
