Tyler Smith presented May 22 in Greenville, South Carolina, as part of the Banker Exchange's Education Series on navigating the similarities and differences between a Section 1031 exchange and an Opportunity Zone investment. Both can provide tax benefits to investors, and Tyler explained how the two can work together, as well as when one may offer a greater benefit than the other. 

The Banker Exchange Education Series provides a forum for investors and professionals to gain knowledge and ask questions.
