Sarah Hutchins was featured on an NPR Planet Money podcast about noncompete litigation. She provided context on why pursuing noncompete litigation can make sense for companies "if you're looking at the long game."

"If you have a noncompete agreement with your employees, and it's known that you don't enforce it or enforce it with some sort of regularity, well, you're sending a message to your employees about how seriously you take that," Sarah explained. 

She also discussed the risks that companies can face with noncompetes and how their use is rising with blue-collar workers.
