Raleigh, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Stacy Little has been appointed vice chair of the Women Litigators Committee within the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA).
As vice chair, Stacy will provide leadership as the NCADA offers professional development and networking opportunities to help female lawyers advance in their careers. The NCADA has approximately 900 attorneys and paralegals who defend businesses, governments, and individuals in civil litigation.
At Parker Poe, Stacy concentrates on professional negligence defense. She has defended corporations, individuals, and municipalities facing a variety of civil claims in state and federal courts. She also maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representing abused and neglected children through the Guardian ad Litem program.
Stacy is one of several Parker Poe attorneys who have held leadership positions within the NCADA. Daniel Peterson serves as vice chair of its Government Practice Group. In addition, John Beyer is a past chair of the Medical Malpractice Practice Group.
