Hector Ibarra was quoted in an IVANNOVATION blog on what companies should consider before doing business in Mexico. 

"From a legal standpoint, labor laws favor employees over employers," Hector explained. He also noted that many investors are viewing Mexico with caution until the deal to replace NAFTA – the USMCA – is either ratified or altered.

But Hector also emphasized the inventiveness of Mexican workers and the potential for innovation to come out of Mexican factories. He said that it's important to partner with experienced legal professionals to navigate all of the above.
