Christian Torgrimson presented in Nashville at the American Law Institute's national conference on eminent domain and land valuation litigation. She provided an overview of the comparable sales approach to land valuation and provided examples of best and worst cases. She also presented tips for an effective eminent domain practice and took part in an ethics presentation on finding resilience. 

The ALI-CLE conference brought together eminent domain and land use professionals from around the country to explore the top issues in their field.
