Chip Ford presented to the Charlotte chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) on how businesses can detect and deal with customers experiencing financial distress. He provided practical guidance on warning signs, strategies to mitigate risk, and what to do if a customer or vendor enters bankruptcy. 

The ACC Charlotte chapter has more than 800 members and helps in-house lawyers with their educational, career development, networking, advocacy, pro bono, and community service needs.
