In all, they bring decades of experience resolving patent disputes, including in federal district courts, the Federal Circuit, the USPTO, and the International Trade Commission. They have particular depth in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical arts. They join Parker Poe from Haynes and Boone and will continue to serve clients around the world from offices in Washington, D.C., and Charlotte, N.C.
